Chinese New Year Retreat

During the Chinese New Year, our Jubilee Filipino Fellowship had a retreat. While the Chinese Fellowship was busy with all of the festivities of the New Year, visiting family and friends, dining together, etc., our Filipino sisters gathered to fellowship with each other and learn more about the Lord. Pastor Jorge de Ramos and his wife Bolen came from Manila to minister to the ladies. Two sisters from Capital City Baptist Church, Irene and Irene, came with them. They worked from early morning until late every night, preparing to teach, conducting training, leading games, counselling, etc. Three ladies made first time commitments to Christ, and many others resolved issues that were hindering them in their walk with the Lord.
